Privacy Policy
effective 19 september 2026
This policy explains what personal data Premshire (a California corporation, 8601 Lincoln Blvd, Ste 180-253, Los Angeles, CA 90045, USA) collects when you use premshire.com and the Premshire course, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect little, we run no advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.
1. Data we collect
- Contact form and email. When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we receive the topic you selected, your email address, the subject and your message, together with your browser’s user-agent string. We use this to answer you.
- Subscription and payment data. When you subscribe, we receive your name, email address and subscription details. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers; we only see confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed.
- Course activity. If you take part in community spaces or submit work for review, we store what you post or submit.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, request, time) for security and to keep the Service running.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on premshire.com.
2. What we use it for
- Providing the course and your subscription (performance of our contract with you)
- Answering your questions and handling refund requests
- Sending service messages about your subscription, such as renewal or price-change notices
- Securing and maintaining the Service (our legitimate interest)
- Meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules
We only send marketing email if you have opted in, and every such email contains an unsubscribe link.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions: our hosting and storage provider (Vercel Inc., USA), our domain and email-forwarding provider (Porkbun LLC, USA), and — once checkout is live — our payment processor. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
4. International transfers
We are a US company and our providers store data in the United States. Where data of visitors from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
- Support messages: up to 24 months after the conversation is closed
- Subscription and billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Community posts and submissions: while your subscription is active, or until you delete them or ask us to
- Server logs: kept briefly by our hosting provider, typically days to weeks
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email support@premshire.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you are in the EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
California residents: the rights above cover the access, deletion and correction rights of the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in California law, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Cookies and local storage
premshire.com works without tracking cookies. We load our web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request; Google’s own privacy policy applies to it. When checkout launches, our payment processor may set cookies that are strictly necessary for fraud prevention and completing your payment.
8. Children
The Service is intended for developers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
All traffic to premshire.com is encrypted with TLS. Support requests are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is little to lose in the first place.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and, for material changes affecting subscribers, notify you by email or through the Service before the change takes effect.
11. Contact
Privacy questions or requests: support@premshire.com, or by post to Premshire, 8601 Lincoln Blvd, Ste 180-253, Los Angeles, CA 90045, USA.
