Terms of Service

effective 19 september 2026

1. Who we are

Premshire is a California corporation with its mailing address at 8601 Lincoln Blvd, Ste 180-253, Los Angeles, CA 90045, USA (“Premshire”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@premshire.com. These terms govern your use of premshire.com and the Premshire course (together, the “Service”). By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. The Service

Premshire is an online, self-paced C++ course offered as a subscription. What each tier includes is described on the pricing section of our website at the time you subscribe. We continuously improve the course; content may be updated, added or reorganised over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you subscribe on behalf of a company (for example a Team subscription), you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

5. Money-back guarantee and refunds

Your first payment is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. How refunds work is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your licence to the course

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own learning. You may not sell, publish, redistribute, publicly share or sublicense the materials, and you may not make them available to anyone who does not hold their own subscription (each seat of a Team subscription covers one named person).

Code that you write while completing the exercises and projects is yours. The starter repositories, reference implementations and templates we provide may be used in your own projects, including commercial ones, but may not be resold or republished as learning material.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you will not attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape or bulk-download course content, share credentials, disrupt the Service, or use the community spaces to harass others, send spam or post unlawful content. We may remove content or suspend access where this section is violated.

8. Community and submissions

If you post in Premshire community spaces or submit work for review, you keep ownership of what you write. You grant us a licence to host and display it within the Service so the community and our reviewers can see it. Do not post anything you do not have the right to share.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including the course materials, the Premshire name and the Premshire wordmark, is owned by Premshire or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the licence in section 6, nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you.

10. No professional or outcome guarantees

Premshire is an educational service. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as employment, certification recognition, or specific performance results in your own software. Testimonials and benchmark figures shown on the website are illustrations, not promises.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premshire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the statutory rights of consumers.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms and, where the breach can be remedied, fail to remedy it within a reasonable time after we notify you. If we terminate without such a breach, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period pro rata.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable advance notice by email or through the Service. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. If you continue using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and — where you are a consumer — without depriving you of mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first at support@premshire.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally within 60 days. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved informally, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
